With a large team and a lot of stock, structure matters. The site keeps sales, management and rentals apart in the navigation, so a landlord is not routed through sales content. Several address forms across the homepage serve different intentions: a free estimate for sellers, a rental report for investors, and a switch-to-us form for owners changing property manager.
Cairns and Northern Queensland is a spread of suburbs, and the suburb profiles cover areas such as Palm Cove, Redlynch, Trinity Park, Whitfield, Mount Sheridan, Kewarra Beach and Yorkeys Knob. That gives owners a page for their own area and gives the agency pages to rank for local searches.
