About First National Moreton
First National Moreton helps property owners across Moreton Bay buy, sell and manage property. The site describes a team that services Caboolture, Burpengary, Morayfield and Narangba, backed by one of Australia's largest real estate networks with the service of a local team.
Mark Cheney is the Principal/Licensee, and the site introduces a property management team led by Kirsty Bohn, Director of Property Management & Growth.

What we built
The website is built around the three audiences a busy agency serves: sellers, buyers and landlords. The homepage opens with a Sell, Manage, Buy and Rent switch and an address field that starts a free estimate, so an owner can begin an appraisal request the moment they land.
01
An instant property appraisal and market appraisal path, with address search repeated further down the page
02
Featured properties with pricing, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking and land size, plus just listed and under contract labels
03
Suburb profiles for areas including Burpengary, Burpengary East, Caboolture, Caboolture South, Beachmere and Bellmere
04
Recently sold and recently leased pages, auctions, inspections and property alerts
05
Verified buyer and seller reviews, team profiles and an articles section
06
Agency figures shown on the homepage, including $136m settled in the last 12 months and 980 happy families
03
Property management paths for landlords
Property management is a major part of this agency, and the navigation reflects it. A dedicated Managing section covers property management, compliance and recently leased results, while Leasing includes available rentals, a tenant concierge, forms and emergency contacts.
Giving landlords and tenants their own clear pages means a landlord comparing agents can see how the agency manages properties, and existing tenants can find what they need without calling the office.
04
Designed for Moreton Bay sellers and landlords
A high-volume agency across several neighbouring suburbs needs local depth as well as scale. The suburb profiles and helpful guides give each area its own page, which helps owners searching for an agent in a specific suburb and gives the agency more places to be found for local searches.
The appraisal prompts sit at the top of the page and again below the fold, including a Switch to us option for owners already listed with another agency. That keeps the main action in front of sellers throughout the page.
05
How the homepage is organised
The homepage moves in a deliberate order: the address search, agency figures, featured properties, a local knowledge statement, the team, reviews, a services block, a Why Moreton Bay locals choose us section and a suburb list. The services block speaks separately to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
The why-choose-us section sets out four points: genuine local expertise, clear communication, national network with local service, and a results-focused approach. Each block ends with a clear button, such as Selling with us, Read all reviews, Explore suburb profiles, Get an instant estimate or Manage with us, so a visitor always has a next step.

Beyond the website
First National Moreton partners with Lead Fleet on more than the build. We provide SEO, digital marketing and email and SMS marketing, so the website works alongside the agency's wider effort to reach prospective sellers and landlords. See how this works on our marketing page.

Questions about a project like this
Can a real estate website show my CRM listings automatically?
Yes. Lead Fleet sites integrate with your listings through a REAXML feed, so listings, sold properties and open homes can display on the site without double handling. The site also has a live editor, so your team can update content themselves.
Can the website support property management as well as sales?
Yes. This project has a full Managing and Leasing section alongside Selling and Buying. Landlord and tenant pages can sit in the main navigation so each audience finds its own path.
Can the website include a blog and suburb content?
Yes. Lead Fleet sites include a blog module and dedicated pages for suburbs, team members and reviews, which gives you room to publish local content over time.
