Torres Property is based at 1129 Stanley Street East, Coorparoo, and brings over two decades of real estate knowledge to each property it markets for sale. Its site says the agency has transacted real estate in 105 of Brisbane's 190 suburbs.

What we built
The homepage is a run of full-screen panels: Experience The Difference, a statement from Will Torres, Marketing your home with quality and excellence, and the agency's territories. The navigation is split into Sell, Buy, Lease and About. It includes:

Designed for Brisbane sellers
The Our Territories panel shows suburbs such as Camp Hill, Carina, Carindale, Belmont and Bulimba as photographs, with a link to view them all, so an owner can see quickly that the agency works in their area.
The site is dark and quiet, with the agency's T at the top of every panel and Our difference beside the menu, so the photography carries each page.
