The website is custom designed and developed, with navigation split into Sell, Manage, Buy, Lease and About. It includes:

Designed for Melbourne sellers and landlords
Inner city apartments and investment properties mean many of an agency's clients are owners and tenants as well as vendors. The Lease and Manage sections reflect that. A tenant can apply for a property, pay rent online or report an urgent repair, while a landlord can request a rental appraisal or switch to the agency. Keeping those tasks on the same site as the sales pages gives the whole business one address.
The homepage speaks to people who want to sell or lease, closing with a prompt to start with the right team and buttons for a sales or rental appraisal. Reviews from sellers and landlords sit alongside, which matters when an owner is choosing who to trust with a property.

Proof and presentation
Owners choose an agent on trust, and the homepage gives them plenty to read. It features a run of seller and rental reviews, some marked as powered by Google and others as verified, from clients who sold apartments, bought property or had their rentals managed. The agency's address on St Kilda Road and phone number sit at the top of every page.
The site also carries a PO Box address and an Email us link, so there are several ways to make contact beyond the appraisal buttons. A closing prompt on the homepage asks visitors who are thinking of selling or leasing a Melbourne property to start with the right team, and links straight to the sales and rental appraisal pages.
