About David Berns Real Estate
David Berns Real Estate describes itself as a premier agency representing many of Noosa and the Hinterland's spectacular properties. The agency was established in 1998, and its site shows $1.1b in sold value and more than 1,200 families helped.
The homepage says David heads an award winning sales team known for honesty and extensive local knowledge. The office is in Noosa Heads.
02
What we built
The homepage opens with the line Your Noosa Hinterland and Acreage Specialists and an address field that starts a property estimate. From there the site separates residential, land and property management into their own sections.
01
Residential listings, open homes and property alerts
02
A dedicated Land section with land listings, recent land sales and a land appraisal request
03
Suburb profiles, recent sales and a sales appraisal path
04
Listings that show land area in square metres or hectares, with pricing such as offers from or contact agent
05
A scrolling list of specialist suburbs, from Doonan, Eumundi and Tinbeerwah to Noosa Heads and Pomona
06
Team, reviews and recent success sections
03
Designed for acreage and lifestyle sellers
Acreage buyers and sellers weigh a property differently from a suburban house. Land size, access and the character of the surrounding area matter, so the listing cards lead with land area and the site gives land its own navigation, rather than treating it as an afterthought.
Large-lot owners also tend to search by locality, such as Eumundi, Doonan or Verrierdale. The specialist suburb list and the suburb profiles give the agency pages that match those searches, and the site's page title names several of these hinterland localities.
04
A site that suits a higher-end agency
The design leans on space and strong imagery, which suits a premium property market. The homepage keeps the process simple: an estimate field up front, listings next, then reviews and an appraisal call to action further down.
05
Listings and proof
The latest listings section is built for large properties. Each card shows the suburb, land area, beds, baths and cars, whether there is a pool, and either a price indication or a Contact agent button. Several cards are marked Just listed, and a View all link leads to the full listings.
Below the listings, a reviews section carries verified client reviews, and the homepage also covers the team, recent success and an appraisal request, so owners have several reasons to get in touch.

Beyond the website
David Berns Real Estate also works with Lead Fleet on SEO, digital marketing and email and SMS marketing. Together with the site, these services are aimed at reaching hinterland owners who may be considering a sale. Learn more on our marketing page.

Questions about a project like this
Can a real estate website show my CRM listings automatically?
Yes. Lead Fleet sites integrate with your listings through a REAXML feed, so listings, sold properties and open homes can display on the site without double handling. The site also has a live editor, so your team can update content themselves.
Can a website suit an acreage specialist?
Yes. Listings can display land area prominently, land can have its own listings, sales and appraisal pages, and suburb profiles can cover the localities that acreage buyers search.
Can the website include a blog and suburb content?
Yes. Lead Fleet sites include a blog module and dedicated pages for suburbs, team members and reviews, which gives you room to publish local content over time.
